How it works

Buying your land in four steps

1. Choose your estate and size

Pick the estate you like and how much land you want — a plot, an acre, or several. You can pay for more than one.

2. Make payment and get your receipt

Payment is made to the company account. You receive a receipt and your purchase is recorded immediately.

3. Land is allocated and demarcated

Your land is allocated inside the estate and the boundaries are marked so you can see exactly what is yours.

4. Documents are issued

You receive your ownership documents covering the land you paid for.

  • A plot is 600 square metres. An acre is 6 plots — at least 3,600 square metres.
  • You can buy as many plots or acres as you want. Buy 5 acres or more and you get a discount.
  • All estates are mixed-use, with road access. These are not bush locations.
  • Your land is demarcated with clear boundary markers after allocation.
After you buy

Three ways to use your land

Whatever you choose, our team on the ground supports you.

Farm it yourself

Use the estate amenities — road network, borehole water, security, storage and tractor rental. A service charge covers the upkeep of these shared facilities.

Let us farm it for you

Join our Cassava Farm Management Programme. We cultivate, manage and report on your land while you focus on other things. Oil palm, cashew and maize cultivation can also be arranged.

Lease your land out

Lease for a minimum of 2 years. The lessor pays ₦150,000 per year to you as landowner, plus a ₦150,000 estate amenity service charge.
